Yes, I'm more than just a working mom, kids sports coach, recruiter, CV writer, leader and entrepreneur – I'm a life changer (without sounding arrogant...at least this is how I feel when I do my job, both at Global Profile and my side hustle EzeeSport). At 46 years old, I have discovered my purpose... it's hard to describe the feeling of achievement, excitement, satisfaction and happiness when I am able to help people all over the world to be noticed and found by recruiters and headhunters because I have worked on their personal branding!
How I got here...
For years, I've thrived in the fast-paced world of talent acquisition, building successful people strategies and leading high-performing teams across the globe. But a deep desire to make a more personal impact with people rather than companies fuelled my move into CV Writing, Online Profile Optimisation, Interview & Job Search Tips, Career coaching, and just being able to help candidates to be HEARD, SEEN and FOUND.

Losing everything in South Africa during COVID and immigrating to a new country, forced me to rebuild from scratch, with nothing but grit and determination.
